Okay so here is my problem. After the version update 9.1 the game of course has to be patched. So when i start to patch it starts normally and everything goes fine. But when it has finished patching my computer says that a virus has been detected. That virus is in CLDLLPatcher.exe, which is in my entropia file. Of course I have to isolate it so there goes CLDLLPatcher. exe. As you can understand this prevents me to play entropia!! I have already sent a message from "My Support" section in entropias homepage. Please some one help me!!

I have the same problem i have AVG and it says its a trojan horse i found out it isnt lol juast AVG thinks it is

Im still having problems after unistalling it i tried to reinstall data patch file is corupt

try deleting the patcher (CLDLLPatcher.exe) and restart, than turn off avg resident shield and any firewall you might have installed and run the client again, worked for me

gotta be avg, i got Norton anti-virus 2007, great anti-virus and it doesnt react at all.

I have the same problem as you ppl describe. And i also have AVG. I've managed to log in now tho. What I do is:
When it says threat detected i press heal when it says that it's healed i press ok. then there is a sign saying download error, there i press cancel then i get the login window up... so i press launch
Then i get threat detected so i press heal and then ok. downloaderror thing again, press cancel
after that it's just to type in your login and password.
This probably isn't the best way in the world and whatever it want's to download I don't think i get downloaded but at least i can play and there seems nothing wrong in the game as far as i can see.

A lot of people talking about this on EntropiaForum. Seems that a few anti-virus programs think EU is a trojan horse virus. So far. the solution seems to be disabling the anti-virus program.

Hi.
I have a lot of problems for connect. Perhaps is something about minimun requirements for play after this VU. Or perhaps is my antivirus. I have a spanish antivirus called Panda. I installed first update for 2008 year same day before VU 9.1 arrive. And when i lost connection and see antivirus information say "connection try blocked" and date and time of my last entropia connection.
I delete too a posible hacking tool detected by antivirus and a file called "Rooki/Taego" that seems be a virus or something.
I not have this problems in my antivirus 2007 version. Is not serious think solution is disable antivirus (and i try and not works for me).
I will send a support case to MA.
My nick ingame is Milesio and I'm an adict.

What is AVG/AVG resident shield? I try shutting off the firewall for some time and then try login.

Okay now I managed to start it patch so thanks a lot!! It takes about one and a half hour to patch it but at least it patches

Hi.
Yesterday when i arrive from work, have a miniupdate for download and now all is fine and not need disable antivirus. I remember with VU9.0 have several days a lot of lost connections and after all was fine too.

I have AVG and a firewall. I have no difficulties logging in or out.

Yesterday night i have a problem ingame, cannot teleport, i try several times but not posible. Then, i make logoff, and try make login. Message with "your avatar is logged in. Try in 1 minute". I have this message always i try make login, more 9 hours ago.
I think i will send a support case but answer can be a lot time.

My problem is fixed yet. I received answer for my support case i think mean "your avatar was stucked in tp, you return EU".

Hi.
I am a little stuck at the moment. Perhaps a problem with teleport another time. Yesterday morning i was in cape Corinth, then i enter the TP for jump to Port Atlantis, then all changed. Sometimes i see not green dots but terrain look with Port Atlantis, sometimes Corinth buildings, sometimes 2 blue dot in radar (TP Atlantis and Atlantis Mall), and sometimes i think i am in a revival south Corinth.
I see too vegetation and trees not complete formed but seems as Cryengine publicity. I can chat but with a lot lag.
I send yesterday a support case to MA and answer me they are working to fix my problem. I will try login later.
